Food filling machine: upgrade or replace?

When the time comes to improve or expand the operations of your food processing plant, the question is always whether you should replace or upgrade your existing systems. The answer will depend on your specific circumstances, and exactly what you require from your production line. Multi-Fill designs and builds machines intended to last for years. Some of our clients are still using machines we installed for them back in the 1980s. The beautiful thing about these machines, aside from their longevity, is their ability to be customized and upgraded. Why replace a perfectly good machine when you can just make a few key adjustments to make it operate more satisfactorily?

Maintenance & upgrade for your volumetric filling machine

Either before or after the installation of your filling machine, you can choose to add one or more of our upgrade options. The options include batch-feed hoppers. These provide bulk-feeding capacity while metering product into one of our MPFSH-075 or MPFSC-120 filling machines. The batch feeding hopper can be mounted on its own base or directly to the base of the filling machine. It can be fed by a vertical post dumper, conveyor, or chute from a second floor or platform.

We also offer patented distribution systems, which are designed to suit your specific line layout, including multi-lane conveying systems or vertical pouch machines. Think of it as the missing link between our filling machine and your container conveying equipment. There are many other upgrade and customization options available. Ask us about the possibilities as we discover and discuss your production line and start engineering solutions for you.

We provide
ongoing service and maintenance for all the machines we supply. We regularly test and evaluate your machines and do all necessary repairs, supply spare parts and suggest any potential upgrades.

Whether you want us to engineer a brand new
filling solution for you or design and recommend upgrades for your existing systems, Multi-Fill can engineer a filling system that maximizes speed, efficiency, and hygiene. Contact us for more information on our volumetric filling machines and upgrade options.
